anyways.. today is kinda fun day to work. and after a few months here i didnt take note on some small matters until now. a user asked to reset the password.. so i'm doing the same shit everyday job.. reset her password for her. until i notice this!
imagine the wat the customer will say when she sees this herself! as if she would like to hav this hassle, its like.. u'v gotta change ur password every XX days of work for some stupid security shit purpose... how many applications do you use?? and how many different password do you have??? gosh! but as a support team.. yeah.. way cool!!!
