Call Center vs Call Centre

Yo Yo.. finally got something to blog, hmm.. saying tis makes me feel tat my life is damn bored recently. Wakkakaa.. anyway, this is my first week working in new company.. a huge MNC almost the same as previous company.. also doing the same job, slight diff is the job function in this new co. i'm support application and previously support everything PSPH...(pao sua pao hai)... i was complaining shit when working in HeLl but now i can see the Quality of work and what i learned there! gosh..

currently i'm @ office.. see lah so free nothing to do until blog! it's also in a call center dept but there are lots of diff between Hell and iTel... god damn! lets do a simple Versus!
Hell work load is like HELL! non stop go pang giu / pang sai also no time
iTell... so much time u can go give birth also

Hell Call Center Quality is like diamond and pearl... very high quality and one can actually learn so much
iTel Call CENTRE har... hmm... rubbish! for a call center (can't blame me lah, I was trained from Hell lor)
- no soft skill training
- no proper class training on the product you are supporting
- no metrics to meet at all (i did actully asked senior and she ask me back wat is 'metrics')
- damn siok is one day take about 10 calls like tat nia.. so all the rubbish in Hell can b sent to iTel lah... gyam them lor..
- no one give a damn bout ur training, just ask u read read read read until now i'm still reading.... blur sotong lor i become
- here got no "NO FLY ZONE" wan... everyone mobile ringing away no one cares
- here also got no WORK EtiQue wan.. ppl screaming and yelling away... also sampai hor.. agent go scold TL to shut up coz she is on call.. anyway tat agent also one of them lah ... so pot calling kettle black..
- finally to summarize my 5 days working here compared to Hell = SIEN LORRRRRRRRRR
