i got out of Hell

well, this may be boring to most of U lads coz i've been complaining about it since the day i started working. just created this to make lots of thing clear to some other ppl
one main reason i have had severe migraine, which sucks big time, i couldn't eat or sleep. have been pill popping for like several months and even hospitalized.. i wasn't having lots of fun yeah! amazingly since i've been here in UK, i've not taken even half of the 'prevention' pill. so U'd think i'm not stressed out?? well..like previous post, come here and find out... i was so y streesseeddd out today as we didn't even reach a hundred pounds today! we have a quota to meet which is about £1500 a day. and we sell stuffs from 25 pence (cents) to the most expensive of £500. which on weekly average, we never did sell a single thing cost more than £100 a day! so everyone's stressed out!

the BIggest reason is the Management of the company which didn't adhere to anything called 'Feedback' which was kinda 'heart broken' for most of the ppl in the team! who unfortunately some ppl termed us as Rebelious! fun huh?? NOw, something interesting pop up to my mind is that, i am stressed up when i'm working in Hell and here in UK. well, you can say maybe coz of diff environment, but the thing is i'm actually having lots of FUN working here! yes my responsibility is so much higher when i was working in Hell, but then the TEAM WORK and TEAM SPIRIT i got from my staff are so good, that they actually protested when they know Other Managers are coming to this branch. . . so think of it, it's the management and how U (all the L1 specialist) must actually ENJOY wat U are doing, have FUN with the WORK and TEAM.

well, i can't stay i have a prefect plan or made a good change by quiting D.ll as i find myself at the moment LOST, becoz i really don't know what i really want to do or interested in doing. all i know is that back in PG, i'm only stuck wit the TSS job all other company has to offer, which unfortunately i don't have any interst in anymore. BUT i did find something very important is that YOU REALLY NEED TO LOVE, ENJOY AND HAVE FUN DOING WHAT U DO.

sorry to have bored u guyz with this again! hahahahahaa.. but this is my life's lesson... just sharing
